Tai Chi Qigong (Shibashi) combines flowing movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation to support recovery, mobility, and nervous system balance. The class also introduces fundamental Qigong and breathing techniques for self-healing, inner balance, and energy restoration. A gentle practice to release tension, reduce stress, and restore vitality for modern life. Classes are taught in both Thai and English.
