This class uses the scientific 40:10 Tabata interval built into a circuit format to spike your heart rate and maximize your after burn. The Flow: You’ll perform each exercise for 40 seconds of maximum effort, followed by a quick 10-second recovery, moving from station to station. /The Routine: The entire circuit is repeated for 3 full rounds to challenge your endurance and strength. /The Result: Perfect for boosting metabolism, torching calories, and building cardiovascular fitness in minimal time.
