Level 2-3 (Intermediate to Advanced) Circuit Workout combines functional strength training, cardiorespiratory fitness, and purposeful movement to enhance overall fitness. Each class features a variety of training methods, including EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata, and other circuit-based formats, to keep every session fresh, effective, and motivating. Workouts are carefully structured to improve strength, muscular endurance, coordination, and metabolic conditioning while accommodating participants of all fitness levels. Expect high-energy sessions, supportive coaching, and progressive challenges that help you move better, perform better, and build lasting confidence.
