Intermediate L.2 - Advanced L.3 (Before joining the intermediate and advanced classes, We recommend that you take the beginner class 3 times to build a strong foundation first.) : A strength-focused Reformer Pilates class targeting the core and lower body. Expect more challenge and precision, with exercises designed to improve strength, balance, and alignment.
