Level 1-2 Beginners to Intermediate levels, this class takes traditional Mat Pilates to the next level. We use a variety of Props (Bands, Balls, Foam roller, Spine corrector) to both support and challenge your practice. • Focus: A balanced mix of Strength, Flexibility, and Mobility. The creative use of equipment helps you find better alignment, target deep core muscles, and keeps every session fresh and engaging.
