Intermediate L.2 - Advanced L.3 (Before joining the intermediate and advanced classes, We recommend that you take the beginner class 3 times to build a strong foundation first.) : A strength-focused Reformer Pilates class targeting the core and lower body. This class emphasizes deep core activation, leg and glute strength, and controlled movement to build stability, power, and better body support. Expect more challenge and precision, with exercises designed to improve strength, balance, and alignment. Perfect for: those with basic Reformer experience who want to strengthen their core, legs, and glutes while progressing their practice.
